Raina Kropp spent 15 years in Corporate Human Resources focusing on employee relations and executive training before becoming an entrepreneur and author.

 

Kropp is the creator and owner of Little Golden Butterfly, a social media based retail business, and enjoys helping others through her on demand courses designed for small businesses and career driven individuals.

 

She believes that empathy and vulnerability can change the world and aims to expand her impact through her work as an author.

 

Kropp lives in California with her husband and daughter.
